CASE 2 - Broken turbocharger impeller
The compressor impeller of the turbine impeller is damaged by undefined objects or abraded by dust, as shown in the figures below:
Reason:
The compressor impeller is damaged by undefined objects from the air inlet, or the turbine impeller is broken by undefined objects from the air outlet.
-Situations 1:
The engine is improperly maintained, or impurities are left in the pipe.
-Situations 2:
There are broken objects in the air inlet/outlet pipe or in the engine cylinders.
-Situations 3:
Using the low-quality filter element.
-Situations 4:
The air inlet pipe is not sealed, causing the air to not be filtered properly.
-Situations 5:
The air filter element is not maintained according to the engine manufacturer's instructions.
*In addition to the above situations, other reason leading to undefined objects to enter the turbocharger are not under the warranty either since this is an error caster during operation an installation *
ADVICES:
- If impurities are left in the pipe, remove the impurities, maintain the engine and replace the turbocharger.
- If there are broken objects in the air inlet/outlet pipe or in the engine cylinders, remove the objects, maintain the engine and replace the turbocharger.
- If using the low-quality filter element, replace the filter element and replace turbocharger.
- If the air inlet pipe is not sealed, please maintain the engine and replace the turbocharger.
- If the air filter element is not maintained according to the engine manufacturer's instructions, please replace the air filter element, maintain the engine and replace the turbocharger.
