Specific Case That NOT Under Warranty(5)

Case 5 - The Engine Power is Insufficient

Reason:

When the turbocharger is stuck, inflexible in rotation or when the housing is rubbed will cause insufficient engine power. If reasons are not from these cases, please check other systems of the engine.

- Situation 1:

The rotor assembly rubs against the impeller housing.

- Situation 2:

The impeller does not rotate flexibly.

- Situation 3:

The air filter is blocked or not replaced periodically.

- Situation 4:

The pipe between the air filter and the compressor is clogged.

- Situation 5:

The pipe between the compressor and the air inlet is clogged.

- Situation 6:

The connection between the compressor and the air inlet pipe is loose.

- Situation 7:

The air inlet pipe is leaking.

- Situation 8:

The air out let pipe is leaking.

- Situation 9:

The flange position connecting to the turbocharger is air leaking.

- Situation 10:

The air exhaust system of the engine is throttled.

- Situation 11:

The air inlet and outlet pipes are clogged.

- Situation 12:

The rotor assembly has a rubbing-against-housing phenomenon.

- Situation 13:

Engine failures(fuel combustion system, errors relating to other parts such as piston ring, piston, the valve and so on).

Notification:

If the impeller rotates flexibly and does not rub against the housing, should not replace the turbocharger but check other systems of the engine instead.

*In addition to the above situations, other reasons cause engine power is insufficient are not under the warranty either since this is an error caster during operation, installation and other components.

ADVICES:

-Engine oil gelling: the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe can be disassembled; clean the carburetor from the oil inlet pipe; clean the oil gel between the rotor components.

-Air inlet is dirty: clean the carburetor from the inlet and outlet of the compressor, wait a few minutes then blow it out with an air gun, Repeat this action several times until the turbocharger can rotate flexibly, then pre-lubricate the turbocharger and connect the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe.

-If the air filter is blocked or not replaced periodically, clean or replace the filter element.

-If the pipe between the air filter and the compressor is clogged, remove undefined objects or replace damaged parts if necessary.

-If the pipe between the compressor and the air inlet is clogged, remove undefined objects or replace damaged parts if necessary.

-If the connection between the compressor and the air inlet pipe is loose, tighten the bolts at the joints.

-If the air inlet pipe is leaking, refer to the maintenance manual of the engine manufacturer.

-If the air outlet pipe is leaking, refer to the maintenance manual of the engine manufacturer.

-If the flange position connecting to the turbocharger is air leaking. Check the gasket at the flange and tighten the loose bolts. Note: Not all connections need gaskets.

-If the engine's air exhaust system is throttled, remove undefined objects or replace damaged parts if necessary.

-If the air inlet and outlet pipe are clogged, refer to the maintenance manual of the engine manufacturer.

-If engine failures, refer to the maintenance manual of the engine manufacturer.
